巴巴丽塔饮料（Barbagliata）是米兰的特产。1859年，在斯卡拉广场一些著名剧院前方的旧房子里面，一家名叫“咖啡名家”的咖啡馆诞生了，在这里，管理者Barbaja，贝里尼的恩人，冲调好一杯十分精致的巧克力咖啡，很快，米兰各界的精英分子开始推崇这种饮料。因而，Barbaja也就诞生了。如今，由于Moretto公司的努力，采用新工艺，使得这一传统饮品重新获得人们的喜爱。

The Origins of Barbagliata. A long-standing Milanese speciality. In 1859, in Piazza della Scala, in some of the old houses in front of the famous Theatre, the “Caffè dei Virtuosi” was established, and just there, manager Barbaja, the Bellini’s benefactor, created an exquisite cup of chocolate that was soon appreciated from the entire Milanese elite. So the Barbajada originated. This long-standing speciality is now part of the tradition thanks to Moretto that revisited and perfected it by means of new processing techniques.
